Campus Invited to Attend Learning Spaces Forums

Using technology to enhance teaching and learning in our classrooms and labs is a subject where we would like your feedback!  Please join Information Technology Services and our colleagues at one of our Learning Spaces Forums to help us discuss and create a collaborative strategy for our classrooms and labs.  We will have a team of representatives from the campus stationed around the room at topic areas to hear your feedback on five different Learning Spaces themes: 

  • Trends in Higher Education and Classroom Configurations
  • Technology in the classroom  at Appalachian and the future of classroom technologies
  • Teaching with Technology
  • Computer Labs at Appalachian and the future of labs
  • Supporting teaching and learning with technology 

The forums are scheduled for Thursday, January 23rd from 2:30 – 4:30 and Friday, January 24th from 10:00 – 12:00 in Room 201AB Blue Ridge Ballroom, Plemmons Student Union. (If you have any questions about these forums or topics, contact Tom Van Gilder at
