Information Technology Services has completed improvements to the General tab of Self-Service for all users.
What you need to know
When logging in to Self-Service via AppalNet, verify and update your personal information in the new Banner 9 view.
Because these updated pages are now available, all links to the old Banner 8 'General' pages that duplicate this information will be retired on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
Why the change
The Information Technology Services Self-Service (Banner 9) project, has been a multi-year project intended to modernize our university's Banner system and streamline core processes with vendor support for all faculty, staff and students.
