Visit the Canvas Opt‑In page in Banner Self‑Service (login required; available only to faculty) to select Fall 2026 courses you wish to teach in Canvas by Thursday, April 23, 2026.
Important note: Opting in for Summer does not carry over to Fall; the opt‑in process is for each course in a semester. Faculty who use Canvas in the summer must opt in again for the fall term.
If you do not wish to opt in at this time, no action is required. Your Fall 2026 courses will remain in AsULearn.
Important Considerations
You must be listed as the primary instructor in Banner to make an opt‑in selection.
Once you opt in for a course in the fall semester, the choice is final for that session.
If you plan to cross‑list multiple sections into a single meta‑course, you must opt in for each individual course involved.
