Office Phones, Headsets and Conference Systems
![]() | Departments and programs are required to use VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) enabled Cisco phones which are provided by ITS per phone line. If you need a new phone, line or conference system in your department, please submit a support ticket. Should your phone needs vary from what is provided, ITS Network Infrastructure & Control Systems will advise you on how to procure additional or non-standard equipment. For a hands-free headset, go to yomart.appstate.edu, then the CDWG punch out site to see the approved models from Jabra and Plantronics. Mobile Phones, Hotspots, Tablets with Data Plans

Copiers & Multi-function Printers (Printer/Copier/Fax/Scanner)

Scala Digital Signage

Security Cameras
![]() | Departments needing a security camera solution must use Axis cameras and have approval from the Security Camera Oversight Governance Committee. To submit your request for review or to seek a quote for purchase, please submit a support ticket. If the request is approved, IT Infrastructure Services will advise you on what is involved for purchasing and coordinate installation. |
