IT Project Management Office (PMO)
The IT PMO advances university goals through effective IT project delivery and collaborative leadership. We support governance and operations by following defined procedures, enabling governance groups, and providing guidance so IT projects are prioritized, resourced, and executed sustainably. We serve as project managers on key IT projects, manage the IT project portfolio and seek to:
Facilitate project team efforts and remove obstacles to progress
Use metrics and feedback to improve our services and align with IT and campus needs
Delight our project teams and stakeholders
