Prepare interested faculty to use Canvas in Fall 2026.
Develop a plan to train and support all Canvas users throughout Fall 2026 so they are prepared to use Canvas in Spring 2027.
Explore and test 3rd party integrations.

Support faculty using Canvas to teach this semester.
Deliver training to instructors and staff who plan to use Canvas starting in Spring 2027.
Regularly meet with the functional stakeholders to provide project updates and receive feedback.

Canvas is available for all to use at Appalachian State.
Provide support as Canvas is widely implemented, including migrating content from AsULearn (Moodle) to Canvas.
Deliver training to instructors and staff who plan to use Canvas starting in Summer and Fall 2027.
End of spring semester: AsULearn (Moodle) End of Life support.
Support final opportunities for course backup.

All courses taught using Canvas.
Ability to create sites in AsULearn (Moodle) disabled.
